Open You › Delete my account. Confirm the deletion. Your profile immediately stops appearing, active access is revoked and a tracked deletion task begins. Pausing is a separate optional control and does not replace deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Contact manuel@bidpointx.com to request deletion or recover access. Provide the sign-in email or account reference, never your password or identity documents in ordinary email. The operator must verify ownership before processing the request. This external support path complements the in-app deletion flow.
What happens to your data
The deletion workflow removes service profile information and media and processes associated records under the published retention policy. Restricted safety evidence, legal holds and required accounting records may be retained for a documented purpose. Recoverable storage copies expire according to the configured storage lifecycle. Deletion does not refund a store purchase or cancel a recurring subscription automatically. Manage or cancel Current Plus in the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings and use the applicable store refund process.
Timing and follow-up
Account removal runs through tracked background tasks and may require provider processing or a retry. Your profile is hidden and app access is revoked when the deletion request is accepted; this is separate from completion of data erasure. To ask about progress or an unresolved request, email manuel@bidpointx.com. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any information retained for a legal or safety reason. Recoverable media copies can remain within the configured seven-day storage recovery window.
