An adults-only service
Current Dating by BidPointX prohibits anyone under 18 from using discovery, introductions or chat. A neutral birth-date screen and server-side adult verification are required. Uncertain or denied decisions cannot be approved by a client setting. Users may request review; restrictions must account for errors and changed device ownership.
Zero tolerance for exploitation
Current prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, child sexual abuse material and sexualized depictions of minors. This includes illegal computer-generated material. These rules apply to profile photos, text, private messages and behavior connected with the service.
Report without redistributing
Use Report › Underage or Unsafe behavior in the app, including from closed interactions. Do not download, forward or attach suspected illegal material to an ordinary support email. Reference the account or conversation so authorized responders can preserve and examine evidence through restricted workflows.
Response and preservation
Reports are routed for review. Operators may restrict suspected underage accounts or other accounts presenting serious safety concerns during investigation. Child sexual abuse material is prohibited and must be removed from access when identified. Where the law requires it, the operator reports apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline or the appropriate local authority and preserves required evidence under restricted access for the applicable legal period. Do not investigate, collect or redistribute material yourself. Account decisions can be appealed through support; an appeal does not lift a safety restriction or replace adult verification.

In-app reports and support email are not emergency services.
